Originally from Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, Ireland, John moved to the Philadelphia area in 1995
John currently works at AmeriHealth Administrators (AHA) as Revenue Optimization Director having served as Strategy Director at parent company Independence Blue Cross. John has worked in Health Insurance industry since 1996.
John and his wife, Una [Porter from Raphoe, Co. Donegal] live in Havertown with their four children.
John currently serves as Vice Chair of the Irish Immigration Center of Philadelphia, and has various board roles with youth Gaelic at local and national level. John and Una like to be involved in many volunteer opportunities within the Irish-American community in Philadelphia
John holds a B.Sc. Management Degree from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland and an Executive MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

John is a global business leader with 17 years’ experience of working in operational roles with companies such as General Electric and 3M in multiple countries and business areas.
In 2014 John co-founded HeadRoom a strategy planning and business acceleration company based in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
He has an undergraduate degree in Science from Maynooth University and a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
John is married to Kirsten and they have two children. John is a Dundalk, Co. Louth native and is a passionate fan of Irish rugby.

John O’Malley is a shareholder and chair of the Trademark Copyright Practice Group at the intellectual property law firm of Volpe and Koenig P.C. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. John graduated cum laude with a B.A. in political science from The George Washington University and received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
John is a first-generation Irish-American with his father from Louisburgh, County
Mayo and his mother from Termon, County Donegal. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Irish Immigration Center of Philadelphia, and is a board member of the Irish American Business Chamber & Network and the County Mayo Foundation. John previously served as a board member and president of the Brehon Law Society and as secretary of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick.
John is a lifelong resident of Delaware County and lives in Nether Providence with his wife and two sons.

Chris is a lifelong resident of Havertown, PA. Married to Noreen with three grown children and six grandchildren.
He has a B.A. in History from LaSalle University.
Retired from the Insurance Claim Industry with specific knowledge of carrier liquidation process. Employers have included major property and casualty carriers along with third party administrators.
Treasurer and board member of Irish Network Philadelphia. Member of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick (Phila) and The Mayo Association of Philadelphia.
Hobbies include photography, following sports, listening to Irish Traditional and Irish Country Music, and travel.
His involvement with the IIC began almost ten years ago when his daughter interned with us.

Ken was born in Waterford, Ireland and emigrated to the US with his wife and two young children in 1989.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
He is a retired Finance executive having held Senior Vice President positions in PepsiCo’s international businesses in Geneva, Dubai, Hong Kong and New York.
Ken currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Lilly, having moved from Connecticut in 2016, and joined the Board of the Irish Immigration Center in 2017.
